The Torbay Folk Arts Council is looking to connect with visual artists – of ANY skill level, aged 16 and older, professional or hobby artists – residing in Torbay. Our Director of Visual Arts, Brenda Rowe, is looking forward to working with other artists in planning future art exhibits, events, and learning opportunities. There will be some exciting opportunities this year with the Town of Torbay’s 50th Anniversary and Come Home Year with the Province.
